Ristr8to won 5th place in the world at World Latte Art Championship 2015 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Ristr8to founder, Arnon Thitiprasert represented Thailand for 2nd time in World Latte Art Championship. This time is in Gothenburg, Sweden against more than 40 champions from around the world. He has made new history for Thailand to be the first Thailand Barista who have successfully make the name to the final round of world competition twice. Despite of almost 100 points deduction from time penalty in final round he have managed to finish 5 place in the world and make the highest rank of the world for Thailand in any category of the world competition.
In final round, he made one mistaken by not pressing machine hard enough so the coffee is too much in small Macchiatto cup to make his art but instead of chucking some coffee out and go on he instinctively pulled the new shot to make new coffee resulting more than 60 points time penalty plus other category points which make him out of Top 3 to 5 place in the world for year 2015. But the most important thing is that we have made lots of friendship in this competition especially champion from Netherlands: Nick Vink has become my my coffee crime buddy.
